3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless the digital product is completely unusable.
If the digital product is unusable, we need time (about four days) to try to repair it. Otherwise, we will make a refund of 50% of the value of the purchased product.
4. Support Policy
We provide free technical support through our ticket system on the website, NOT by email or website comments. For example, we can assist in installing digital products.
